SHIPPING & COD CHARGES

●       Free Shipping: On orders worth Rs. 999 and above.

●       Cash on Delivery (COD): A standard convenience fee of Rs. 49 applies.

Convenience and delivery charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING DURATION

We understand the anticipation of receiving your order promptly. We strive to ship your orders with discreet packaging within 48 hours of confirmation. While we aim to ship all products together, sometimes this may not be possible due to product availability. In such cases, we will inform you via email or text.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Ecom Lala, including your order ID and the estimated delivery date.

HOW TO TRACK ORDERS

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your order details, tracking number, and the courier company’s information. You can track your order online once it is shipped.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery time for all orders is within 3–15 working days. Delivery times vary by location. You can track your order online after the order status shows shipped.

IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse the delivery. Contact us at +91-9711 902 039 with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement delivery after undergoing the required quality check.

MISSING PRODUCT

If any products are missing from your package, contact us immediately at +91-9711 902 039 or via email. You can also share your concerns in the Feedback and Complaints section. We will resolve the issue promptly.

IF THERE IS A DELAY

We aim to deliver your products on or before the estimated delivery date. If your package does not arrive by the expected date, please submit a ticket to our Support Portal, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue..
